Overview
The Senior Sales Manager is a critical, full-time on-site leadership position based in Noida, responsible for driving business growth for MoneyTree Realty Services Limited.
This role requires proven experience in sales leadership, focusing on developing and executing robust sales strategies, setting aggressive sales targets, and ensuring their achievement through effective team management.
The incumbent will manage relationships with major real estate brands (like Lodha, Tata, Godrej) and oversee the sales process across various property types.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales function, team management, and strategic development for our real estate services in Noida. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the real estate market and property trends. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across all property types.
Key Responsibilities and Sales Leadership Deliverables
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and the company's presence in the Indian real estate market.
- Set challenging and measurable sales targets and ensure their consistent achievement by the sales team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and portfolio share, building on the success of 25,000+ deals.
Team Management and Mentoring :
Oversee the sales team, providing strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring to drive high performance and professionalism among 350+ trained professionals.Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge (property offerings), sales techniques, and best practices in client relationship management.Client and Stakeholder Management :
Managing client relationships with investors, developers (like Lodha, Tata, and Godrej), and other stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes and high-quality service delivery.Market Insight and Reporting :
Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and property offerings across the growing presence in cities like Gurugram, Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore.Preparing and presenting sales reports and performance analyses to senior management, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.Leadership : Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring.Strategy : Strategic planning and sales target setting abilities.Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Tools : Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.Attitude : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Preferred Skills
