Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Compliance Task Manager (CTM) system to document accurate and timely regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with central resources, subject matter experts (SMEs), and field personnel on compliance task execution and auditing
- Coordinate maintenance of the regulatory applicability database and assess impacts from regulatory updates
- Support internal compliance reviews (self-verification) and external audits in collaboration with central teams
- Provide site support for the incident management system (IRIS)
- Analyze and share improvement opportunities across teams and other bp sites
- Develop working knowledge of environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
- Recommend and implement actions for continuous improvement in environmental programs
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical disciplinePreferred : Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical EngineeringExperience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical discipline, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with regulatory review and compliance tracking systemsSkills Required
