S / W Engineer - MS Dynamics CRM

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer for our team working with MS Dynamics technologies, who is a technology enthusiast, and eager to grow their career in a culture of modern software engineering practices, continuous improvement, and innovation.

As a Software Engineer, you will be working on enterprise scale business applications using MS Dynamics and other technologies. You will develop, enhance and maintain solutions adding a real value to the organisation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design and develop software applications : Design and develop software applications or systems based on project requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Translate functional specifications into technical designs and implement them using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
• Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, plugins, workflows, and business rules to optimize functionality for various business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver software solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, monitor and troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback : Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with team members to address any issues and ensure code quality is upheld.
• Perform testing and debugging : Conduct unit testing and integration testing of software modules to ensure their functionality and reliability. Debug and resolve software defects to deliver bug-free software solutions.
• Integrate D365 with other applications like SharePoint, Azure (Key vaults, Azure functions)
