Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Provide technical support and documentation for CRM and portal users.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM for Service and Power Pages.
Proficient in CRM configuration, Power Platform tools, and portal development.
Experience with web roles, permissions, and portal customization.
