We're looking for a dynamic Manager - Customer Services to oversee all aspects of our customer service function.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have :
- Bachelor's & Master's Degrees in any relevant field (Management, Hospitality, Business Administration)
- Professional qualification in Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' of experience at reputed organizations specializing in Tourism & Hospitality
- Hands-on experience in MS office
- Commanding personality with good business acumen.
- Excellent command of the English language is a must
The Job Includes :
Supervise, train, and motivate the customer service team to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.Monitor and analyze team performance metrics; prepare regular reports and implement corrective actions.Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Work closely with Sales, Operations, Business Development and Flight Operations to align service standards with business objectives.Drive process improvements, monitor performance, and resolve service challenges effectively.Conduct regular coaching sessions and training programs to enhance product knowledge and service quality.Build strong relationships with resort and operational partners to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.The selected candidate will be entitled to accommodation, an excellent working environment, comprehensive insurance, 30 days of annual leave, air tickets, training and career advancement.If you have what it takes to join our friendly team,
