Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Servicing Executive at Bottomline Media Pvt Ltd in Bandra. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, presentations, customer service, and account management. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.

• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
• Understand client objectives, business challenges, and communication goals.
• Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
• Campaign Execution
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns — from brief to delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams (strategy, creative, PR, digital, production) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage approvals, feedback loops, and ensure alignment on creative direction.
• Strategic Support
• Assist in developing campaign decks, brand proposals, and post-campaign reports.
• Support ideation of influencer, content, and integration strategies.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pop-culture moments to bring proactive ideas to clients.
• Operations & Reporting
• Maintain trackers for deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare weekly status reports and performance updates for internal and client review.
• Support billing, PO follow-ups, and closure documentation in coordination with finance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

familiarity with Excel trackers and decks.
