Content Strategist

Kapiva is recruiting a Copywriter - Marketing with at 1-3 years of experience in copywriting for performance advertising, content management, and writing across different mediums. The scope of this role is the content creation and management for all paid marketing efforts at Kapiva – Facebook ads, Marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, BB, etc), Videos, Content Marketing, PR content, or any other marketing material.

Job responsibilities include :

1. Developing creative copies and scripts for digital ads across all formats- static, motion graphics, videos, etc. based on product briefs

2. Execution and management of Kapiva’s content creation primarily across paid advertising mediums and social media

3. Developing a clear strategy and vision for content campaigns and managing a team of content writers, video specialists, and / or freelancers

4. Research, write, edit and proofread all levels of copy included headlines and body copy, for online, offline, external, and internal needs

5. Supporting the sales channels in developing sharp communication targeted at consumers across the customer lifecycle

6. Supporting the marketing function in developing world-class content communication in the themes of health, wellness, and Ayurveda

7. Liaising with designers, freelancers, agencies, etc as required to achieve the organization’s content objectives

8. Continuously innovating and tapping latest trends to push the bar on Kapiva’s content quality

We are looking for :

• 1. Bachelor's degree required;

a postgraduate degree or diploma in communications is preferred - 1-3 Years of experience in copywriting with 2+ years of ad agency background - Ability to come up with creative ideas with strong storytelling skills

2. Fundamental understanding of digital advertising

3. Experience with video scripting and mood boarding is a plus

4. Passionate about building a consumer brand
