Role Overview

Snowball AI is looking for a Content Editor to manage and oversee content creation for multiple client brands in the tech and AI automation space. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality, consistency, and on-brand messaging across blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.

This role combines writing, editing, and coordination — ideal for someone who enjoys managing content workflows, collaborating with freelancers, and ensuring that every piece published meets client goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread blogs, web copy, and social content for client brands.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client goals and content requirements.
  • Coordinate with freelance writers and designers to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
  • Review and refine content to align with brand tone, clarity, and SEO standards.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and track progress across multiple client projects.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for performance and discoverability.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Interest in technology, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in writing / editing is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, WordPress, or Grammarly is a plus.
