Role Overview :
NST is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist (Manager) - a data-driven performance marketer with deep expertise in paid channels, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will own the entire digital lead-generation engine - from media planning and creative strategy to tracking, attribution, and ROI optimization.
Core Mandate :
1. Lead paid marketing strategy across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Drive website traffic, top-funnel growth, lead velocity, and conversions.
3. Plan, execute, and optimize media buying and budget allocation for CAC efficiency.
4. Manage conversion tracking, CAPI integrations, attribution modeling, and CRM syncs (Salesforce, HubSpot, CleverTap, etc.).
5. Apply CRO best practices and analytics-driven insights to improve funnel efficiency.
6. Partner with design / content teams to enhance creative performance.
7. Report and present campaign analytics through structured dashboards.
8. Contribute to SEO, remarketing, influencer, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
