Compensation : Based on experience (Strategist role) Upto 3.6 LPA
Timings : Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM | Sat, 10 AM – 2 : 30 PM
Role Overview
This is not just a designer / DM handler role. This is a Pure Creative, Content, Strategy & Research position.
You will study trends, build monthly strategies, analyze competitors, research hooks, study audience behavior, and brief the media team to convert ideas into content - both for client brands and Phoenix Branding’s own profile.
Your job is to think, research, give direction, being creative, & reporting- consistently.
Core Responsibilities :
Trend Research & Market Study
Continuously track latest trends across Instagram, , YouTube & other platforms.
Analyze competitors and collect best-performing content examples.
Identify content gaps & new opportunities for each client brand.
Strategy Planning
Create monthly content strategies & ideas with clear objectives.
Define tone, hook, copy approach & visual direction for every post / reel.
Build content pillars, campaign ideas & audience-specific messaging.
Briefing & Execution
Communicate strategy to the media team — clearly and systematically.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and copywriters for delivery.
Track Content Calendar & ensure strategy is followed — not diluted.
Performance Analysis
Study what works & what flops — per client.
Suggest changes in strategy based on data (not opinions).
Build reports that show clarity — not just vanity metrics.
Required Skill Set
Must-Have (Non-negotiable) :
Strong understanding of Instagram, & YouTube trends
Ability to research deeply — not superficially scroll
Clear communication for briefing the media team
Logical thinking & strategy planning
Neat Presentation Skills
Knowledge about PPT, Canva and basics of designing
Understanding of content psychology (why something works)
Good-to-Have :
Experience in branding / digital agency
Knowledge of ad formats / funnel basics
Ability to build content calendars
Ideal Candidate Mindset
Education & Experience
1–3 years experience in strategy, marketing, or market research
Freshers with strong analytical mindset & portfolio can apply
Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm., Business, Psychology — preferred
