We are looking for a dynamic

Technical Assistant

to support the

CEO / COO

in driving productivity improvement, data analysis, and process optimization across our manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, validate, and analyze

production and operational data

to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.

Drive

productivity enhancement and cost-saving initiatives

under CEO / COO guidance with defined performance outcomes.

Prepare and maintain

MIS dashboards, Power BI reports, and management presentations

with accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct

time–motion studies, process mapping, and performance benchmarking

to support continuous improvement.

Ensure

cross-functional coordination

for action closure on strategic and operational initiatives.

Support

digitalization of productivity data

and develop automated performance tracking dashboards.

Monitor

KPI trends

(OEE, productivity, utilization, rejection, downtime, and cost per unit) across Fabric, Sewing, and Art Material divisions.

Track and report

project progress, variance, and impact metrics

to management on a periodic basis.

Desired Candidate Profile :

B.E. / B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from College of Repute.

3–5 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering process analysis, or manufacturing data analytics.

Proficiency in Excel / Power BI and analytical report preparation.

Self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn under close CEO / COO mentorship.
