Location : -Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad ( Onsite Only)

Interview Mode : - Only Face To Face

US Shift Time : - 6.30Pm to3.30 Am (No cab facility)

• Looking for 1 years to 4 years of experience

US Immigration Specialist Duties and Responsibilities : -

Hands-on experience in handling various types of visa's, including initial, amendment, transfer, and extension petitions.

Practical exposure to processing and coordination with attorneys for case preparation and submission.

Proficient in using HRMS / ATS tools such as Ceipal for immigration and employee record management.

Skilled in preparing and maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs) in compliance with DOL requirements.

Experience in drafting immigration-related letters including client letters, employment verification, and stamping support.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite , particularly Excel for tracking and reporting case statuses.

Experience in coordinating with U.S. immigration attorneys and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for case management.

Preferred : Exposure to U.S. onboarding processes for visa-holding employees.

Preferred : Experience conducting internal compliance audits and ensuring adherence to immigration and DOL regulations.
