Sourcing Specialist - US Recruitment

Role : Source & Screen (North American Region)

Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source the candidates from job boards / Gr8 People / Indeed / LinkedIn and other sites. -
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS / GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily / weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Meet or exceed weekly / monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit / email campaigns
