Responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues in production. Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments. Application operations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution and performance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties. Support for deployments may be necessary ensuring Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution as well as any deployment script tuning / writing may be in scope. Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritize requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Utilize programming and scripting languages : Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL. cloud solutions (Azure / AWS) and cloud networking. Utilize SailPoint IIQ 8.4, Active Directory, LDAP, IQServices, LCM. Team members should be willing to work in shifts including weekend coverage for business operations Prior involvement in IAM projects such as migrations, upgrades, or integrations.
