Branch Support Executive - Operations and Sales

Experience : Minimum 1 year in documentation or sales or marketing within the banking sector.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Salary Range : ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month.

Working Hours : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM.

Location : Edappally , Ernakulam

Responsibilities : KYC Updation :

Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and update customer information as per government guidelines.

• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of KYC records.

Government Rule and SEBI Compliance :

Stay abreast of updates to government rules and SEBI regulations related to banking operations.

Target Setting and Analysis :

Collaborate with the management team to set operational and sales targets.

Sales and Sales Support :

Actively participate in sales initiatives to promote banking products and services.

Operational Excellence :

Streamline branch operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Service :

Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operations and sales.

Reporting :

Prepare and submit regular reports on KYC compliance, sales performance, and operational metrics.
