Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Make outbound calls (for inbound / outbound remittances, follow‑ups, promotions)Handle inbound customer calls (product queries, transactions, general support)Listen actively, diagnose needs, and offer solutionsData & Record Management
Maintain accurate call logs and reportsRecord customer details, interactions, resolutionsUpdate and ensure integrity of customer dataSales & Conversion
Convert leads into sales, meeting targetsProduct Expertise
Deep knowledge of product lineup, features, pricing, policiesStay current on new launches, offers, and updatesQuality, Compliance & Escalation
Follow call center protocols, scripts, and quality standardsTrack performance metrics (e.g. handle time, CSAT, adherence)Participate in QA reviewsEscalate complex issues; coordinate with other teams to resolve
