Position : Restaurant General Manager
Location : AOD, Mumbai
Role Overview :
The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations at AOD, ensuring a seamless guest experience, strong team leadership, and sustainable profitability. The role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality to uphold AOD’s brand standards and service ethos.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead daily restaurant operations across dining and bar areas to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Plan and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales performance to drive profitability.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the culinary, marketing, and finance teams to align business objectives.
Implement and monitor SOPs for service quality, inventory, and safety compliance.
Handle guest feedback effectively and maintain brand reputation.
Monitor vendor relations and ensure timely supply chain management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and food safety.
Develop and execute initiatives that enhance guest loyalty and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in premium or fine-dine restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and operational oversight experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with high attention to detail and service excellence.
