Position : Restaurant General Manager

Location : AOD, Mumbai

Role Overview :

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations at AOD, ensuring a seamless guest experience, strong team leadership, and sustainable profitability. The role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality to uphold AOD’s brand standards and service ethos.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily restaurant operations across dining and bar areas to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales performance to drive profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with the culinary, marketing, and finance teams to align business objectives.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for service quality, inventory, and safety compliance.
  • Handle guest feedback effectively and maintain brand reputation.
  • Monitor vendor relations and ensure timely supply chain management.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and food safety.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance guest loyalty and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in premium or fine-dine restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational oversight experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with high attention to detail and service excellence.
