Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Google & Meta Ads Expert to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in scaling ad performance across both Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) .
• Conduct detailed audience and keyword research to refine targeting and improve reach.
• Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance.
• Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and messaging alignment.
• Analyze data to identify optimization and scaling opportunities.
• Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and new ad features .
• Provide clear reports and actionable insights to internal teams or clients.
