ServiceNow Architect - ITSM / ITOM / HRSD Modules

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and proven experience in designing scalable, enterprise-level architectures that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for all ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and SecOps.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient platform solutions.
• Define best practices, development standards, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow usage across the organization.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects, including configuration, development, integration, and testing.
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on technical design and architecture best practices.
• Ensure alignment of platform architecture with enterprise IT strategy and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and applications and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Provide technical leadership in workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation phases.
