Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ServiceNow implementations, defining architectural solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring the platform aligns with business goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, etc.).
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, integration strategies, and roadmap planning.
  • Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and technical governance.
  • Oversee ServiceNow platform health, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor junior developers and administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, Jira, SCCM, LDAP, etc.).
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality development and release standards.
  • Lead incident resolution for high-impact technical issues or performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years dedicated to ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture and module implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST / SOAP API integrations.
  • Expertise in CMDB design and discovery, and ITOM implementation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in enterprise-grade integrations and custom application development on the Now Platform.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI / CD for ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, or HR Service Delivery.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
