Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium within Agile / Scrum and DevOps environments. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce solutions and workflows. Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for validation and data management. Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA processes and tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution. Verify data integrity and perform data validation across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems. Test custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements. Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure QA best practices are followed. 4-8 years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation. Strong experience in Salesforce application testing (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce Clouds). Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG / JUnit, and automation frameworks. Knowledge of Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and related Salesforce testing tools. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and DevOps workflows (CI / CD). Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, configurations, and integrations. Ability to identify process gaps, document test cases, and maintain high-quality test deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
