As part of continued growth, we are looking for experienced Salesforce Engineers to join our growing international team, supporting our UK consultancy and customers from our Pune base.

Partnering with our UK based Summit level Salesforce teams you will deliver best in class Salesforce solutions by supporting the design and delivery of a diverse range of Sales, Service and Specialist Cloud implementations, across a range of customers and sectors.

What do we need from you?

As an Alscient Salesforce Engineer we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator, with technical experience supported by certification across the sales, service, and specialist clouds, with previous Salesforce developer experience being a distinct advantage.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident working on a variety of Salesforce projects and solutions, providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship.

We want our Salesforce Engineers to be ‘hands-on’ and able to make an immediate impact providing solution input when required, comfortable following design documents and able to support on a variety of customer engagements.

You will have :

• At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally from a top-tier Global System Integrator (GSI).
• Proven technical platform experience supported by Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App builder, specialist certifications an advantage.
• Experience of technical document authoring skills, with real attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of Flows, Process Builder, and general automation.
• Experience of end-to-end involvement in Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to work comfortably with UK customers and teams.
• Capacity to understand, translate and contribute to the technical solution.
• Effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
