We’re Hiring : Google Ads Specialist (1–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a talented and driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)

Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Write compelling ad copy and improve Quality Score

Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance reports

Set up tracking, GA4 events, and conversion goals

A / B test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Requirements

1–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience

Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM governance, and remarketing

Experience with lead generation campaigns

Ability to manage budgets efficiently

Bonus : Healthcare or local service niche experience
