About the Role

We’re looking for a

Google Ads Specialist

with a proven record of driving

lead generation and e-commerce sales

through Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have

2+ years of experience

managing diverse campaign types, setting up advanced tracking systems, and using data insights to optimize for ROI.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across :

Search | Display | Performance Max | Video (YouTube) | Demand Gen | Shopping (E-commerce)

Execute

lead generation

and

sales conversion

campaigns across industries such as

education, hospitality, and retail.

Set up and maintain

conversion tracking

using

Google Tag Manager (GTM) .

Implement and analyze data through

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

for actionable insights.

Configure

enhanced e-commerce tracking

and ensure accurate sales attribution.

Conduct

keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization,

and

audience segmentation .

Generate detailed

performance reports

and continuously improve campaign ROI.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum

2 years of proven experience

managing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong expertise in

lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing.

Hands-on knowledge of

GTM, GA4 , and event / conversion tracking.

Proficiency in

Performance Max ,

Demand Gen , and

Video Campaigns.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience across

multiple industries

preferred (education, hospitality, retail, etc.).

Google Ads Certification

is a plus.
