About the Role :
- We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive digital marketing initiatives across performance, brand, social, SEO, UI / UX, and creative workstreams.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results across digital campaigns.
Key Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.Drive conversations on client objectives, marketing strategy, campaign performance, and new opportunities.Lead regular business reviews and strategic Marketing Strategy & ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (media, SEO, creative, tech) to develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.Oversee both brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.Guide social media content and community management strategies in alignment with client & Website Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure alignment on content strategy, on-page and offpage SEO, and technical optimization.Work with UI / UX and tech teams on landing page or website audits, enhancements, and performance & Communication OversightBrief and manage creative assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone, performance requirements, and digital best practices.Work closely with design and copy teams to ensure timely delivery and ManagementCreate and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality output through daily coordination with internal teams.Desired Skills & Experience :
68 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing roles in an agency or consultancy environment.Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing including performance marketing, brand campaigns, social media, SEO, and website UX.Proven ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and action plans.Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders with data-backed insights.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with media, SEO, creative, and tech leads.Good to Have :
Prior experience working with brands in e-commerce, BFSI, D2C.Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Figma, Trello / Asana, etc.What Youll Get :
