Job Description :
Candidate must have atleast 3 to 5 years of experience handling US payroll. Added advantage if having knowledge of India or APAC or EMEA payrolls.
Knowledge of Payroll processing to calculate and process employee pay checks including regular hours, overtime and other compensation. Handled end to end payroll processing for both US and India.
Managing deductions like 401K benefits, taxes, insurance premium, garnishments, etc.
Involved in hiring, termination of employees
Maintain accurate payroll records, transactions, employee data, etc.
Knowledge of payroll compliance including the local laws
Handled payroll queries over both phone and emails
Liaise with local authorities like state agencies, PF offices, etc.
Good in report generation and ability to send required reports in a presentable manner.
Good communication skills
Knowledge of payroll products like ADP and such tools.
