Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior US Payroll Executive

with strong experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage

US and Canada payroll processing

with accuracy and compliance.

Work extensively on

ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools .

Prepare and file

401K reports

in compliance with statutory requirements.

Review and reconcile

unemployment tax rates

and ensure timely filing.

Ensure payroll compliance with

US GAAP standards

(knowledge preferred).

Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.

Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Minimum

4+ years of experience

in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).

Strong working knowledge of

ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems .

Hands-on experience in

401K report filing

and tax compliance.

Knowledge of

US GAAP

will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills .

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
