We are seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to independently manage payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, vendor coordination, and compliance, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently handle global payroll operations across multiple geographies.
- Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time tracking data.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong understanding of global payroll processes and statutory compliance.Experience in vendor management and payroll validations.Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Experience in handling employee queries and audit requirements.
