- Monitor and Manage OLTP applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve, issues related to application including bugs and system failures.
- Provide real-time support to users and stakeholders by resolving their technical queries.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
What youll need to bring :
Bachelors or Masters Degree Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.Experience with trading platforms and financial services.Very strong experience with SQL.Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.(ref : hirist.tech)
