Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Market Research & NPD Executive to join our innovation team. This role requires a strong blend of market intelligence, trend spotting, and new product development (NPD) execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Design, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to lead packaging development and deliver actionable market insights. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our products are consumer-relevant, competitively positioned, and aligned with brand strategy.
