Job descriptionBuild and nurture long-term client partnerships Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams Proactively address challenges in partnership with support / product teams Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes Be part of building the future of autonomous supply chains Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and globally recognized AI-native platform

Role : Growth Consultant
Objective :
Be the primary advocate for Shipsy’s customers, ensuring maximum value realization, strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth and retention.

Candidate Profile :
Experience : 3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain / logistics tech, or Expansion Sales
Knowledge : Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management
Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally
Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
