We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing products for children, with a significant emphasis on screen-based applications. Experience working with US-based children's products is a major plus. The Design Lead will primarily focus on the Miko App which is divided into a parent section and a kids zone. You will have end to end ownership of the App, ensuring a seamless integration of educational and entertainment driven content with engaging design elements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the design and user experience of the Miko App, ensuring it is engaging, educational, and user-friendly for children aged 4 to 8.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in children's educational apps.
• Ensure the design adheres to safety and privacy standards, particularly those relevant to children's products.
