Process & Pricing Analyst - Aviation
We are looking for a Process & Pricing Analyst to join our Aviation Customer Excellence team. This role is essential for ensuring efficient and effective order-to-cash operations. You will be a key player in managing pre- and post-sales activities, handling pricing administration, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and business efficiency. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing & Systems Management : Manage and deliver all pricing administration activities within the PROS pricing system, adhering to all pre-set SLAs. You will also serve as a super user for specific Aviation systems, including Salesforce , SAP , and Appian .
- Process Improvement : Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements to business processes. You will work across the aviation business to measure the effectiveness of existing processes and develop sustainable, quantifiable improvements.
- Operational Support : Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, including supporting queries and managing disputes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Project Delivery : Take on an integral role in project delivery and system setup activities, supporting gross margin targets and providing internal advice across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build and maintain strong cross-cultural relationships with internal teams and external customers, leveraging your analytical skills to articulate complex processes effectively.
