Manager - Personal Loans - Credit Risk- Digital Lending

Job Purpose : Responsible for analyzing and managing delinquency metrics for the personal loans portfolio, performing customer segmentation, and developing loss reduction strategies with a focus on business growth while maintain risk guardrails. Leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to automate portfolio monitoring, loss prediction models, which are fed into policy creation and pricing strategies.Principal Accountabilities : Analyze delinquency metrics and portfolio performance, identifying key risk segments on day to day basis.Deep dive into multiple data sources and create features for model development and risk segmentation strategies.Develop and implement loss mitigation strategies supporting both risk control and business growth.Utilize AI / ML tools to automate daily portfolio monitoring and risk reporting workflows.Build and maintain loss prediction models and dynamic pricing / offering strategies using AI and ML techniques.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand policies, execute day to day tasks relating to implementation & integration of innovative tools into credit risk management framework.Create AI ML driven working models by closely working with portfolio policy managers : To improve funnel conversionsTo estimate customer level losses & create / modify credit policies by balancing risk reward metricsEnsure timely delivery of projects and initiatives with an innovator and problem-solver mindset.Simplify complex business problems by designing efficient, data-driven solutions.Design & track project KPIs closely & present key outcomes to leadership team.Qualifications : Minimum Qualification required : Postgraduate in Engineering / Statistics / Analytics / Data Science from Top Tier institutesQualifications preferred : BTech with MBAWork Experience : Minimum 2 years with prior experience in risk management and credit policyExpertise in delivery of ML and AI based solutions for solving business problems like creating risk management & prediction strategiesShould have very good communication skillsSuperior Stake holder management skills- Work closely and align with each of the internal functions which includes Business development, Credit and Policy, Data science, Collections etc.Hands-on experience to work on large structured and unstructured datasets using different data processing and statistical tools is mustData driven, Analytical approach, Team PlayerMain Skills : Applicant should be Proficient in -Data AnalyticsModel DevelopmentHands on using AI ML SolutionsPolicy FormulationPortfolio ManagementStake Holder ManagementProject ManagementTechnical Skills : -Demonstrated Experience in R / Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, ML, AI tools etc.
