Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer roll-out & onboarding.
• Focused hiring for PCG Sales & Advisor (mid-level roles) across wealth & equity markets.
• Partner with business heads & hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
• Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
• Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
• Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
• Handle mid & senior-level recruitment including PCG RM, PCG Desk Heads, PCG Advisors, , PCG Support role
• Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
