Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager - Statutory Audits, located in Mumbai. The Audit Manager will supervise and execute statutory audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare detailed audit reports. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, conducting analytical reviews, and providing insight into financial performance. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to gather necessary information and support during audits, ensuring that all financial statements comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent
• Experience with audit software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is preferred
