Job descriptionExperience or strong interest in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar tools. Good understanding of database structure and UI configuration. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Focus on using standard features and minimizing custom code.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dynamics 365 Customization : Modify forms, views, and dashboards to align with business needs.
- Data & Table Management : Create and maintain tables, fields, and relationships within D365.
- Workflow Automation : Design flows and business rules using Power Automate and D365 tools.
- Testing & QA : Ensure all updates are tested and perform well before deployment.
- Documentation : Keep a clear record of changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support : Troubleshoot D365 issues and collaborate with teams to refine processes.
