Systems Engineer II.

• Current CPP level should be 50 Senior Specialist / 55-Specialist.
• Minimum current designation tenure should be 12 month.
• Minimum FactSet experience should be 18 months.
• Minimum previous annual rating should be On Target or Achieved, as applicable.
• Employee should not be promoted in the last 6 months.
• Employee should not be in PIP in last 3 quarters.
