Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online and offline assessments.
Monitor live assessments and resolve technical or operational issues in real-time.
Ensure compliance with assessment protocols, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
Manage and update MIS / reports on assessment schedules, participation, and outcomes.
Support content and technical teams in preparing test materials and uploading them to platforms.
Train and guide exam proctors / invigilators on process and platform usage.
Conduct quality checks before and after assessments to maintain service excellence.
Analyze assessment results and prepare client-ready reports with key insights.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
