What You’ll Do (Impact) Lead and inspire a team of Social Media Specialists, ensuring SLA excellence and smooth daily operations.

Drive partner success by acting as the first point of escalation, resolving queries with speed and accuracy.

Scale with impact : manage workflows for tens of thousands of SMBs across diverse industries.

Turn data into action : track performance, build dashboards, and present insights that improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Innovate with AI : collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate processes and introduce smarter workflows.

Build culture : coach, onboard, and recognize team members to create a high-performing, motivated environment.

Plan and optimize : support hiring, workforce planning, and performance management to keep delivery seamless.

What We’re Looking For (Mindset + Skills) We want a leader who combines operational rigor with a growth mindset.

8+ years of overall work experience, with at least 4 years in team leadership, delivery management, and partner / client interactions.

Proven expertise in SLA management, operational planning, and people leadership.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with tools like Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and reporting dashboards.

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles, TikTok).
