Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and manage BFT’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, adept at community building, and skilled in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management
Manage and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and emerging platforms .
Ensure consistent posting, brand alignment, and platform best practices.
2. Content Strategy & Storytelling
Develop platform-specific content calendars with engaging visuals and copy.
Create viral campaigns and innovative mystery travel storytelling content that intrigues audiences without revealing destinations.
3. Community Building & Engagement
Foster authentic online communities by engaging with followers across all platforms.
Respond to comments and direct messages within 2 hours to maintain responsiveness and trust.
4. Campaign Execution
Plan and execute social campaigns including pre-launch contests, GRANDLAUNCH giveaways, and ongoing promotional initiatives .
Drive traffic, participation, and conversions through interactive campaigns.
5. Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs including reach, engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
Provide regular reports and optimize content strategies based on insights.
6. Crisis Management
Handle negative comments, reviews, or controversies with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate sensitive issues to senior management when required to safeguard brand reputation.
7. Influencer & Collaboration Management
Work with marketing executives to identify, engage, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors.
Encourage user-generated content campaigns to boost authenticity and reach.
8. Trend Monitoring
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Identify opportunities for viral content, collaborations, and innovative engagement strategies, especially in the travel industry .
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hoot-suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, community management, and crisis-handling skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Requirements
