Hiresquad Resources is actively seeking a Service Desk Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to international customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and those with up to 1 year of tech support experience who possess excellent English communication skills and are ready to work in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot software / hardware issues and efficiently guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and their resolutions.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics , including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.
Requirements
Education : Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).Communication : Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.Technical Understanding : Basic understanding of technical concepts such as networking, operating systems, and hardware / software .Flexibility : Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs .Experience : Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of tech support experience is preferred.Perks & Benefits
