Job description

Position : Manager / Assistant Manager – Events

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Events to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of high-impact corporate events — from large-scale conferences and partner summits to employee engagements, roundtables, and special initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing international events and a strong background in B2B marketing , with the ability to align event strategy to business goals and deliver exceptional audience experiences.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Master’s degree in Event Management or MBA (preferred)

Work Experience

  • Up to 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing, Events, or Media , with proven exposure to international events and B2B marketing environments

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret stakeholder requirements and translate briefs into actionable and comprehensive event plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets .
  • Manage internal and external resources , vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to conceptualize event themes, content, and collaterals aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain quality standards across all aspects of event management — from design and production to attendee engagement.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, and Tele calling teams to drive event promotions, registrations, and engagement.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, checklists, and progress trackers , ensuring milestones are met.
  • Oversee budget planning and cost control , working closely with product marketing managers.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event experiences, formats, and innovations in collaboration with the Creative and Product Marketing teams.
  • Independently manage both domestic and international events , ensuring exceptional execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • In-depth industry knowledge of event management and corporate marketing practices
