Our Team :
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) – Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) is a newly established team that aims to standardize and centralize customer-facing operations across Sanofi's Global Business Units (GBUs). Located in Hyderabad, this team plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution and modernization of Sanofi's commercial strategy, improving efficiency through the consolidation of tools, processes, and stakeholder collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
- E&C Support Activities :
- Manage data updates for Fair Market Value (FMV) rates, hospitality rules, and contracts.
- Handle administrative tasks like user access creation, cleanup of inactive users, and participant bulk uploads for OneCRM and cross-border instances.
- Veeva CRM Platform Support :
- Draft user acceptance test scripts for monthly feature releases.
- Analyze user workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Configure system settings and automate workflows for better efficiency.
- Provide technical support and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Develop and maintain reports to monitor tool adoption and engagement KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across cross-border and local CRM instances.
- System Administration :
- Manage user access, ensuring proper security and access controls.
- Support data sync troubleshooting, especially tiering between local and global systems.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay current on industry trends and CRM tools.
- Support initiatives related to implementation of new tools or features that improve system capabilities.
People :
Collaborate with internal teams including Digital, Commercial Operations, and Field Force to deliver on project goals.Build effective relationships with stakeholders across geographies, GBUs, and functional teams.Performance :
Deliver accurate and timely updates to system data.Provide effective support and troubleshooting that reduces downtime and improves user experience.Ensure full compliance with data handling, system access, and support protocols.Process :
Work within established CRM and operations guidelines.Ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements in all administrative and system-support processes.Proactively communicate delays, issues, or risks with proposed resolutions.About You
Experience :
2+ years of experience in CRM administration, ideally with Veeva CRM.Prior experience in commercial operations, SFE, and field-force support is highly desirable.Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.Technical Skills :
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Veeva CRM.Strong understanding of customer engagement tools, segmentation, profiling, and analytics.Knowledge in data security, access control, and reporting metrics.Education :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Statistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields (e.g., MBA, PhD).Languages :
Fluent English – written and spoken.Personal Characteristics :
