Requirements

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and improve FMCG workflows through digital and process transformation .
• Implement automation and ERP solutions tailored for beverages and flavours .
• Optimize supply chain networks to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Provide consultative insights to management and technical teams.
• 8+ years in FMCG operations — preferably beverages / flavours.
• Proven experience in process automation , SCM , or ERP implementation .
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality systems, and compliance .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and results-driven professional.
• Process Automation – Implementing automation across production, quality, or packaging lines.
• Supply Chain Management (SCM) – End-to-end optimization of demand planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• ERP Systems – Deployment or enhancement of ERP modules for manufacturing, finance, or operations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
