Role involves working with the founder to drive early user discovery & demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert by building a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and drivers; assist in preparation and dissemination of communications (case studies, webinars, etc.)
• Engage, network & interview other community leaders, clients & influencers to uncover insights and opportunities
• Plan & execute recurring online events while partnering with relevant speakers
• Work on community building and creator relationships
• Turn wins & USPs into crisp, shareable product stories and use cases
• Collaborate on improving the product experience based on user feedback
• Identify new product and growth opportunities through client conversations
