Job Summary :
We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern who is passionate about sales, research, and business development . In this role, you will support our sales and marketing team by building high-quality lead lists, researching target accounts, and identifying key decision-makers . This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, B2B research, data enrichment, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems .
Key Responsibilities :
- Use lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.) to identify and qualify potential leads .
- Research target companies by extracting key data points such as industry, sub-industry, company size, annual revenue, and location .
- Build and maintain detailed prospect profiles including decision-maker information (job titles, contact details, professional interests, past roles) .
- Support sales pipeline growth by researching and segmenting accounts for outreach.
- Conduct data cleaning and quality checks to ensure accuracy of marketing databases (structured and unstructured).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide insights that improve B2B outreach campaigns .
- Stay updated with best practices in lead research, market segmentation, and CRM data management .
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong research and analytical skills with experience using online research tools.Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and buying signals .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales, business development, and market research .Why Join Us
