QA Lead (Electronics & Embedded Systems)

About the Role We are seeking a QA Lead to drive the quality assurance process for our hardware and embedded products.

The QA Lead will be responsible for establishing robust test plans, ensuring thorough validaton of electronics and firmware, and sending up a scalable testng infrastructure.

This role requires a strong background in electronics and embedded systems, combined with leadership skills to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end QA actvites.

Key Responsibilites :

QA Strategy & Planning :

• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and valid on procedures aligned with product requirements.
• Define QA processes, methodologies, and best practces for embedded hardware and firmware testng.
• Establish quality metrics and reportng mechanisms to ensure contnuous improvement.
