Guidewire Quality Assurance Architect - Automation Testing

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire QA Architect to lead, design, and execute quality assurance strategies for enterprise-scale insurance technology programs. This role requires a deep understanding of Guidewire applications, automation frameworks, and Property & Casualty insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test architecture, automation, integration testing, and QA leadership for large-scale Agile delivery programs in a multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Architecture :

• Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy for Guidewire implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring optimal test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish automation testing frameworks tailored for Guidewire PC, BC, and Digital solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design data-driven, modular, and reusable test automation components for both UI and API layers.
